About Premium Primary Care
We strive to meet your medical needs in a timely, relaxed, and detailed manner. We pride ourselves on little to no wait time and also no rush during your visit whatsoever. We also excel with flexible appointment scheduling and availability. Additionally, we offer Telehealth (FaceTime) visits as well.
Our practice is located at 947 Eastern Parkway, which is at the corner of Eastern Parkway and Burnett Avenue in Germantown. We are open Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 and can be reached during these hours via phone, texting, our personal emails, or our portal through our electronic medical records. After hours, we are always on call and can be reached on our cell phones with texts or calls for urgent issues.
It is truly an honor and a privilege to provide care for our patients. We are committed to providing quality primary care at the highest level and dedicated to delivering highly accessible, thorough care that simply returns to medicine’s root values of truly listening, personalization, expertise, and time.

Dr. Mattingly is the perfect blend of being a very capable and smart doctor (he can give you the scientific and medical background/information ... while being able to explain things in layman terms) AND he has wonderful bedside manner. He never rushes me. He asks many questions and is very thorough. I feel as though someone is looking at my whole medical history and taking the lead in my overall health and wellness journey.
